Cancellation Policy
 

At Sam Davies – Mind & Body, I value your time and mine, and I appreciate that sometimes plans need to change.
 

My cancellation policy is in place to protect appointment availability and ensure that I can offer appointments to someone else when a space becomes available.
 

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling
 

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

As payment is taken at the time of booking, your appointment is only secured once payment has been received.
 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your prepayment will normally be forfeited.
 

This policy applies to both chiropractic appointments and psychotherapy sessions.
 

2. No-Shows
 

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me in advance, your prepayment will normally be forfeited.
 

3. Emergency Situations
 

I understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen.
 

In the case of a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance, I will consider the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation policy at my discretion.
 

4. Late Arrivals
 

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
 

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, but the full appointment fee will still apply.
 

For psychotherapy sessions, the session will not normally be extended beyond the scheduled appointment time.
 

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
